EHVCh-400 sk-NIKOR is a multifunctional EHVCh generator of the highest power, which is designed for use in all areas of general and endoscopic surgery. High-frequency electrosurgical coagulator EHVCH-400 SK-NIKOR with an updated block and connectors for electrodes according to the European standard ValleyLab is most often used in general surgery, gynecology, urology, endoscopy, laparoscopy (cutting and coagulation of fluid).

Features and Benefits

  1. There are 4 main modes of operation - monopolar cutting and coagulation, bipolar electro-forceps, as well as unique non-contact coagulation (SPRAY) when connected to the patented NIKOR instrument. 
  2. Allows simultaneous connection and selection of the operating mode for all basic tools: Cutting, Coagulation MONO, Coagulation BI.
  3. The microprocessor control system provides: a wide range of regulation and stabilization of the output power in any state of a biological object; memorizing the last operating mode, monitoring the break of the neutral electrode.
  4. The "Cutting" mode is characterized by increased power, which is limited to 2 A. Power regulation is carried out automatically within the limits set by the controls. The device is adapted to the endoscopic instrument.
  5. Monopolar coagulation is limited to 180 W (bipolar - 80 W) and works according to the same algorithm as cutting. Only the load characteristics differ, which exclude the occurrence of an arc on the electrodes. 
  6. The unique patented high-voltage (spray) coagulation mode allows you to influence the tissue with a section of cold plasma formed by an adjustable current source with a voltage limit of up to 2500 V. Arc length from 0.5 mm to 20 mm.
