Characteristic differences

1. Laboratory distiller AE-15 is a heating element since water is distilled due to the built-in heating element (tubular electric heater). As you know, this type of water heating, in contrast to external electric heaters, noticeably differs in the possibility of automatic control as well as protection against overheating. 
2. The principle of operation of the heating element AE-15 is based on the condensation of steam generated by the boiling of water in the evaporation chamber, where the water is heated to boiling by an electric heater (heating elements). The resulting steam enters a condenser cooled with tap water, and, condensing, already in the form of distilled water, flows out into a collector for storing purified water. 
3. All AE water stills have proven themselves well due to the fact that the construction on the 100% consists of stainless steel, which ensures a long service life of the equipment.
4. Based on safety considerations in medical, laboratory and industrial institutions, preference should be given to water distillers with a built-in electric heater. The equipment includes solenoid valves for water supply. The temperature in the evaporator is regulated by a thermostat, the pressure in pipes and vessels is reliably controlled.
5.  AE-15 has a special heat-shielding casing that ensures the optimum surface temperature of the water distiller during use and protects personnel from thermal burns. 
6. The laboratory water distiller can be combined with a reservoir for storing purified water into a single system, with automatic shutdown of the water distiller after filling the collection. 
7. There is a possibility of connecting the water entering the distiller according to a two-circuit scheme, to reduce the consumption of source water by 70-80%.
8. Units and parts in contact with steam and distilled water are made of stainless steel 12X18H10T and other materials that do not affect the quality of the water produced.
9. The possibility of obtaining distillate with a temperature of 25 to 40 ° C using a distillate cooler. Distillate cooler sold separately.
10. There is an automatic shutdown of electric heaters when the water supply is interrupted and the water level in the evaporation chamber falls below the permissible level.
